Terms of Service
By purchasing my work, you acknowledge that:
- You will receive a non-watermarked high-resolution PNG file electronically.
- You obtain personal-use rights of the artwork.
- You will not receive a physical copy of my artwork.
- You are at least 18 years old, or you have your guardian's permission to purchase my work.
- You expect the commission to be completed in 1 to 6 weeks, depending on complexity.
- You will only get 2 major revisions with every commission. Extra revisions will cost extra.Payment and Refunds
- I require full payment before starting on the commission.
- Payments are currently accepted by PayPal. If using an invoice form via PayPal, please do not include a shipping address. If you have included a shipping address, I will immediately refund and resend the invoice.
- After the transaction and sketching process has been started, full refunds are no longer available.
- Partial refunds may be offered for incomplete commissions.Other
- I reserve the right to decline a order for any reason.
- I reserve the rights to the original artwork for display and/or portfolio purposes only. The character design rights still belong to the client or its original license holders.
- Do not remove my personal signature by any means or for any circumstances. Public posting of my artwork without my signature will be considered art theft, and the client will be prohibited to purchase future artwork from me.
- The action of the sending and receipt of this agreement via electronic method will hold both parties in acceptance of these terms. The artist as sender and you as the client will acknowledge acceptance of these terms through this electronic form. Electronic signatures shall be considered legal and binding.
